Hole 12's tee is located on the dam east of Hole 11's basket 

The sidewalk to the left is OB. The Spillway is OB. If a players throw does not cross over a point that is in bounds on the east side of the spillway then the player must throw from the west side of the spillway where the disc was last in play.
